Download iCal FileThis session will offer techniques for breathwork that promote relaxation and enhance presence in the moment. We will engage in somatic exercises designed to release tension and increase body awareness along with practices for grounding and rooting. Using Qigong and Tai Chi sequences, this workshop will encourage active exploration of intention in movement, allowing participants to release stored emotions and stress.
