Urban Health Program
The Urban Health Program (UHP) was established in 1978 and has the mission of increasing the number of underrepresented students in the Health Sciences. The UIC Graduate College UHP has as its objective the goal of increasing the number of underrepresented graduate students conducting research related to the Health Sciences. This includes many MA, MS, and PhD programs offered through the College of Applied Health Sciences, College of Dentistry, College of Engineering, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, and the School of Public Health.
