Graduate College Live Chat Now Available
The Graduate College is pleased to announce the launch of the Live Chat feature on our official website: https://grad.uic.edu
This feature will give visitors the ability chat in real-time with a Graduate College representative who will be available Monday through Friday, 10AM – 2PM, CST. The representative is able to assist with general inquires regarding Graduate College policy and procedures, along with directing visitors to various Graduate College and UIC campus resources.
To use the new Live Chat feature, browse to our website and click the red chat button (dialog with an ellipses inside) that appears at the bottom right of your browser window. Clicking this button will launch the Live Chat window, which is compatible with both desktop and mobile devices.
You may also use the chat window to send us a message during offline hours, which we will return at our earliest convenience.
