The UIC McNair Day @ UIC is designed to provide rising McNair seniors the opportunity to learn about the many graduate program options available at UIC. Ideal participants are preparing to apply for Fall 2013 graduate enrollment. UIC is the largest research university in Chicago offering over 60 Ph.D. programs.  We offer a variety of application fee waivers for graduate study and competitive funding opportunities. Visiting scholars are encouraged to arrange individual meetings with faculty in areas of their interest.

Nearby accommodations include the Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro and the Chicago Marriott at Medical District/UIC Please note that these are just recommendations! There are many nearby accommodations to the UIC campus.

We will be hosting a dinner from 6-8 p.m. at Giordano's Pizza/Greektown for visiting McNair staff the evening of Wednesday, July 11th. Giordano's is located on 815 W. Van Buren Street, conviniently located a block east of the UIC East Campus.
