Degree Admissions

Application Procedure:

Application forms are available from the graduate program offices, the Graduate College and the Graduate College Web site (which includes the on-line application). Applications and supporting credentials should be submitted as early as possible. Applications received after the deadline will be returned to the applicant. Some graduate programs have application deadlines that are earlier than the University deadline, and some admit students in the fall semester only. Prospective applicants should contact the program of interest for information on current deadlines.

The following credentials should be sent directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions, unless instructed otherwise by the program to which you are applying:

• Application form, if not using the online application.
• Application fee payment, if not paying online with the online application (check or money order).
• Official transcripts, marksheets and diplomas; proof of degree earned.
• Declaration and Certification of Finances (international applicants).
• Offical admission examination test scores (use institutional codes listed on application).

• Letters of recommendation.
• Personal statements.
• Portfolios.
• Proof of licensing or certification.

Admission recommendations cannot be made until all required documents have been received.
